Given that they’re famed for being classicists, it’s hardly a surprise that Hayman’s Sloe Gin is as rich as one you’d make all by yourself. Using berries handpicked in Autumn, this is supple, silky and redolent of gleaming English fruit.

Drink it neat or over ice as you would any Sloe gin, but you could also drop a good dash of Hayman’s Sloe Gin into a mug of warm apple juice for a perfect winter warmer.

"If you have a hipflask and like going for walks, this Sloe Gin is right up there with the best booze you can hope to fill it with. Rich jammy berries and candied sweetness that lingers for days."

About this product

The base recipe used is the Hayman's family's flagship Dry Gin, in which sloes are left to macerate for several months, then blended with natural sugars and cut with water to 26% ABV.

Hayman’s is run by a family that began distilling it over 150-years-ago. Lead by James and Miranda, the team bring the category’s heritage into everything they do. Today they are recognised as one of the leading producers in the world.

Hayman’s Distillery moved back to London in 2018, setting up shop south of the river in Balham. With a glorious row of gleaming copper stills humming away, a botanical lab and visitor experience it’s well worth a visit!
