It is highly aromatic with plenty of eucalyptus and mint flavours on the nose, lower aniseed notes, but with that bitter herbal medicinal finish from the wormwood.

La Fée Absinthe was created by George Rowley a British entrepreneur who having got a taste for Absinthe while living in Prague, decided to launch La Fée. He is widely credited as being instrumental in the absinthe revival.
La Fée is distilled at the Cherry Rocher distillery, and is said to be the first traditional absinthe to be distilled in France once the 1915 ban was lifted. It is the only absinthe to be endorsed by the Musée de l'Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise.
