Macchu Pisco is distilled in copper pot stills according to the traditional method, with only the heart of the distillate is used. They use an average of 6kg of Quebranta grape to make one litre of their tasty Pisco!
Macchu Pisco was founded in 2006 by Harvard Business graduate Melanie Asher and her sister Lizzie. Pisco runs in the blood for both as their grandmother and mother used to sell Pisco in their Local Bodega in Lima.
