About this product

Picpoul (60%) and Clairette (40%) wines are aged separately in oak barrels. The aged wines are blended with sweet mistelle wine, along with a raspberry and lemon-infused distillate. A secret blend of 20 botanicals are then steeped for 3 weeks.

Noilly Prat was established by Joseph Noilly, a successful wine and spirits merchant based in Lyon who created his first French Vermouth in 1813. The brand is part of the Bacardi-Martini portfolio.

The Noilly Prat company is based in Marseillan, in the Hérault department of southern France (it lies some 50 km west of Montpellier) and exclusively use white grape varieties grown in the Marseillan area.
