On the nose agave notes with a touch of eucalyptus emerge alongside hints of white pepper, caramel and toasted oak. To taste there's earthy agave, vanilla, oak and a jalapeño tingle.
Cazcabel Reposado uses 100% locally grown, blue weber agave which grow for around 7 years before harvesting. Once distilled, it's rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months.
