A fragrant nose, with citrus oils hay and chamomile, leading to soft malt. To taste, this shifts towards warm baked apple pie with a soft peppery prickle before herbal grassy tones re-emerge on the finish.
A single malt from Teaninich Distillery. Distilled on 21/04/2014 and aged for 13 years in Hogshead Cask (cask no. 705801) before bottling on 18/10/2021.
