G’Vine Floraison Gin is a sweet, supple, grape-based tipple made in France’s Cognac region. With soft, delicate vine flowers serving to represent ‘floraison,’ the farming season in which flowers start growing on the grape vines.
G’Vine Floraison is a truly delicate gin, capturing the ephemeral and exhilarating fragrance of the vine flower. Plump and rounded, full of flavours that promise summer, this is a gin that works exceptionally well in a Martini.
The process begins in September, when G’vine harvests its grapes and converts them into wine, then neutral spirit. Botanicals including ginger, lime, liquorice, cassia, cubeb berries and vine flowers are individually distilled and blended.
G’Vine Gin was created by Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, a Frenchman who grew up amongst the vines and who was inspired to make a gin that embraced and showcased the seasons.
G’Vine Gin is made in a beautiful stone farmhouse – Maison Villevert – in Cognac, France. It is a real celebrant of grapes and a matter of enormous pride for its creator.
