Zesty citrus oils with a soft floral (chamomile) touch on the nose. Bergamot and sherbet lemons floods the senses to taste, with honeyed gentian and a perfumed floral finish.
Peels from Calabrian bergamots and Sicilian cedros re-infused in water, prior to being blended with grain spirit. This is then blended with a separately made maceration of chamomile, lavender, gentian, yellow roses and lemon balm.
