70cl | 42.4% ABV | U.S.A.

Michter's Single Barrel Straight Rye is made with American rye grain, these are sheared to allow greater extraction of flavour from the grain.

Following distillation in a copper-pot still, maturation takes place in charred American oak barrels that are stored in a heat cycled warehouse. Heat cycling allows the whisky and wood to impact each other contributing sweeter notes.
