Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin is a contemporary Spanish gin with a fruity heart. Made in Galicia (a region in northern Spain) it honours its homeland, rich in natural aromas and exquisite flavours.
Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin is a soft, sweet gin led by summer fruit flavours. While the more savoury ones, like samphire and eucalyptus, let themselves be known, hibiscus adds a sweet sugar hit. Try it with hibiscus tonic to supercharge it.
"The characteristic Nordés white bottle was inspired by the traditional ceramics of Sargadelos, produced in Galicia by artisans. When in season, try it with stone fruit as a garnish in a G&T - a total game changer."
The gin is made using a grape base, with 6 wild Galician botanicals standing out amongst the total of 11 (sage, laurel, verbena herb, eucalyptus, peppermint and a type of seaweed called glasswort).
