As with all the Zignum range, the smoke is subdued, leaving space for more vegetal notes of agave and here, the juicy agave combines with a big hit of sweet vanilla and rich oak.
Zignum do not roast their agave, as is common for most Mezcal production – instead they opt for a method of steam cooking the fresh juices. in a combination of French and American oak.
