It sounds bonkers. It is, but it's also delicious! It expresses gin and juniper in a different way to what has been done before. We like drinking ours with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic.
Capers and Parmigiano-Reggiano distillates are combined with bergamot and juniper distillates. Once blended, it's then left to rest in an old cognac barrel for several months.
