Toasted brioche, apple and raw green pepper pop on the nose. To taste, sweet tropical hints meet herbal with herbal (thyme, rosemary, cardamom) flourishes. This finish lingers with malt, a touch of caramel.
Chapter 7, Piper is a 7 Year Old Single Cask, Cask Strength Glen Elgin. Bottled from a Hogshead Cask Number #800406 which was distilled on 14/01/2014 and 296 bottles created on 18/10/2021.
