San Cosme is an un-aged mezcal made with 100% agave Espadin. It was originally exclusively produced for the German market, but proving so popular it can now be found throughout Europe.
Won a Gold Outstanding medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2023.
The piñas are baked in large rock ovens. Once cooked, piñas are mashed using traditional stone mill wheels. The mashed fibres are placed in large wooden vats to ferment for two days. It is distilled twice, always maintaining an abv of 40%.

It presents a complex palate with smokiness and caramel sweetness. One to serve on the rocks with slices of fresh orange or in a twist on the classic Negroni.
Mezcal San Cosme is named after Saint Cosmas who, alongside his twin brother Damian, is worshiped by some as the Patron Saint of Doctors. Together, the brothers defied death on several occasions.
San Cosme Mezcal is produced in small batches in Oaxaca, Mexico, the state which is home to the country’s most vibrant crafts and art scene.
